The Apartment is on the first floor of a semi detached three storey building, purpose built as three Apartments. It sits back from the road behind two parking spaces just 150 meters from Lymington High Street and is walking distance from the train station, with connections to London and the ferry to the Isle of Wight, and just a few minutes more to the Lymington Marina. It is just over a mile from the immense natural beauty of The New Forest and 4 miles from the popular village of Brockenhurst, with its forest cycling, walking, wagon rides and horse riding. A few miles to the West are some of the best beaches in Hampshire at Milford on Sea. It is an ideal base to enjoy a holiday on the South Coast.
The kitchen and sitting room are open plan, with inset ceiling lights, a modern hob and oven, washing machine and fridge freezer in the kitchen area.
There are two sofas, dining room table,chairs, and a Philips 27 inch LCD TV in the sitting room area. A door leads directly to the secluded sun deck, with an outdoor suite of tables and chairs for meals or drinks outside.
The master bedroom is also off the sitting room with a king size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in cupboards. A corridor from the sitting room leads to the bathroom, with shower, toilet and basin, and the second bedroom, with two single beds, bedside table and free standing cupboard and drawers.
The Apartment is strictly non-smoking, and we do not allow any pets.

The New Forest starts one mile away and offers with miles and miles of open forest, heathland footpaths and bridleways perfect for excursions. Bicycles can be hired in Brockenhurst four miles away, and there are several local livery stables for pony trekking.
Lymington is a major international yachting centre, and has a beautiful Georgian town centre with a cobbled road down to the quay, good shopping and restaurants, and a large Saturday street market. Car ferries leave regularly for the Isle of Wight, or if you prefer smaller boats, there is a seasonal passenger ferry to Yarmouth that leaves from Lymington quay.

There are lovely beaches all along the coast, particularly at Milford, six miles away, which is sand and shingle, and at Highcliffe, 9 miles away, which is pure sand. There is an easy coastal path running from Lymington towards Christchurch, and Hurst Castle, a 16th Century coastal fort built for Henry VIII, is accessible by walking along a shingle spit from Keyhaven, or by ferry from Keyhaven River.
Beaulieu Abbey and the National Motor Museum are about ten miles away, and there are four golf courses available within seven miles. Exbury and Furzey Gardens are both about 12 miles away and are some of the finest exhibition gardens in the South of England.
Southampton and Bournemouth have excellent shops, theatres and concert halls, and active night life. Winchester and Salisbury are both worth visiting, and have fine old architecture, interesting history and cathedrals and the Great Hall at Winchester holds a monstrous round table, which is thought to have contributed to the legend of King Arthur.

By Road: From the M27 junction 1, take the A337 to Lyndhurst and through to Brockenhurst and onto Lymington. Following signs to Lymington Town Centre, which you enter at the top of the high street. New Street is half way down the High Street on the left and number 47 is 100 metres down on the left.
By Train: Change from the London Waterloo line at Brockenhurst for a short trip to Lymington Town. Walk up Station Street to the main road of Gosport Street and turn left. As this becomes the High Street it veers 90 degrees to the right. About 150 metres up the High Street you turn right into New Street and 47 is found on the left after 100 metres.
